Hi everyone! My name is Dallas. I am a 30-year-old author and blogger from the US, and like most writers, I love to read.

As a kid, I read voraciously, so it shouldn’t have come as a shock that I’d grow up to want to be a writer (although I did take a brief detour into a forensic chemistry career before finally coming to that realization a few years ago). When I get cozy with a blanket and a cup of tea to read, my go-to genres are Romance, Young Adult, and the occasional Fantasy, but I’ve also been known to pick up a crime thriller novel here or there. I love diverse stories, strongly developed characters, and unique story-telling formats.

I have a wonderfully supportive husband who makes me laugh every day and two crazy cats. I’m obsessed with blankets, warm beverages, and candles (seriously, they’re everywhere in our house, ask my husband). And when I don’t have my nose in a book, or I’m not hard at work on my newest book, you can find me swing dancing with my husband, starting a new craft project I’m only about 50% likely to finish (thanks ADHD), or dressing up at my local renaissance faire. .
